As a Director of Ambassadors Impact Network, I bring a background in finance, strategy and operations to the organization. Over the past decade, l've served as CFO for multiple sponsor-backed (PE/VC) companies in the healthcare products & services industry. Prior to joining the healthcare industry, I was a management consultant and also worked at EY in their audit & advisory services practices. I'm passionate about leveraging my experience to support and invest in faith-driven ventures and the entrepreneurs/fund managers that lead them. I hold an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Washington. I am a Certified Public Accountant, licensed with the California Board of Accountancy.

As a Director and Founder of Ambassadors Impact Network, I bring a background in private equity investing and entrepreneurship to the organization. I am Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Broadwing Capital, a private equity firm focused on helping scale founder/family-owned manufacturing and services companies in the lower-middle market, where I lead investment strategy and drive growth initiatives for our portfolio companies and the firm. With over 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and company management, I am passionate about creating sustainable value and working with founders and executives to solve business challenges. My prior experiences include positions at Insight Equity in Southlake, TX, Bay State Paper Company in Boston, MA, and Merrill Lynch Investment Banking in New York, NY. I serve or have served on the boards of various organizations, including multiple private and public companies, the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, Casa Del Lago, the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, and the DFW Private Equity Forum. I hold an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance with honors from Texas A&M University.

As Operations Specialist at Ambassadors Impact Network, I support our Managing Director and the back office that keeps AIN running, from event registration and RSVPs to our contact and investment records, documents, and reports. My focus is building systems behind the scenes, including AI-assisted workflows, so our team can spend more time on people and decisions, and less on paperwork. My heart for service was shaped by my late grandfather, who founded a campus of the Philippine Science High School, the country's premier science high school, as part of his mission to share the Word of God. Serving alongside him taught me that excellent work and faithful work go hand in hand, and I see that same conviction in the entrepreneurs, fund managers, and investors AIN serves. With over five years of executive support experience, my expertise centers on technology, operations, and systems building, and I count it a privilege to put those skills to work for a mission I believe in.

As Managing Director and co-founder of Ambassadors Impact Network, I engage with entrepreneurs and fund managers who share our vision for creating positive impact, mainly getting involved later in the application process. I also connect with like-minded investors and young professionals who are drawn to our community, and support the growth of our portfolio companies. I am driven by a passion for investing in organizations that drive spiritual and social impact, which has guided my career since 2013. With a background in private equity and experience serving on numerous public and private company boards, I contribute to investment structuring, governance, and strategy for AIN portfolio companies and investors. Prior to co-founding Ambassadors Impact Network, I served with Marketplace Chaplains and in the United States Air Force, and held roles in private equity. I have an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from the United States Air Force Academy.

As Vice President of Operations, I am responsible for managing the application process for entrepreneurs and fund managers seeking funding from Ambassadors Impact Network. I work closely with our associates, accredited members, and applying companies to ensure a smooth diligence process, and maintain ongoing relationships with our portfolio companies post-investment. I am driven by a passion for supporting entrepreneurs and investors who are committed to creating positive impact and promoting human flourishing. I believe that business can be a powerful force for good, and I am excited to be part of a community that shares this vision. Prior to joining AIN, I earned an MBA from Texas A&M University, where I also completed my undergraduate studies.

As Senior Advisor at Ambassadors Impact Network, I have been privileged to be part of the organization since its founding. I serve as a liaison to the broader faith-driven investing community to help others understand how AIN can serve their goals, including prospective investor members seeking to deploy capital in faith-forward companies and companies seeking funding from faith-aligned investors. I also host our hybrid member meetings, connecting investors from across the United States. I am passionate about values-aligned investing and believe that for-profit business can be a powerful force for wealth creation, human flourishing, and cultural renewal. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I also serve foundations, family offices, and nonprofits through Nexus Impact Advisors, my investment advisory firm dedicated to aligning portfolios with clients' values. Prior to founding Nexus Impact Advisors, I held positions at America Abroad Media, the John Templeton Foundation, and Geneva Global. I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

As Membership and Events Coordinator at Ambassadors Impact Network, I facilitate member onboarding, manage membership renewals, and handle the membership functions that keep our community running well. I also help coordinate our member meetings and director meetings. I am passionate about equipping individuals to step confidently into their God-given callings. My servant-minded approach has been shaped by a lifetime in ministry, and I find deep purpose in supporting organizations that advance the Kingdom through excellence and stewardship. With over 16 years of executive-level operational experience supporting ministry and mission-driven organizations, I bring a disciplined approach to team coordination and organizational development. While I have served in ministry leadership since the age of 17, my most important calling is as a wife and mother of five.

As a Director of Ambassadors Impact Network, I deploy capital, experience, and relationships alongside entrepreneurs to make an eternal impact through their ventures. I spend my time serving these leaders as an active investor in businesses and supporter of nonprofits advancing God's Kingdom. My career took a defining turn after I met the Lord, transforming the business I was leading into a ministry focused on serving others, a perspective that shapes everything about how I invest today. I served for nearly two decades as CEO and President of Fort Transfer Company, a third-generation specialty transportation firm founded in 1925. Under my leadership, Fort Transfer became a nationally recognized leader in hazardous materials transport, known for its faith-based culture of service, safety, and integrity. After a successful transition of the business in 2020, I turned my full attention to Kingdom-driven investing. I serve as an elder and missions leadership team member at Northwoods Community Church, where I lead mission teams to eastern Africa multiple times a year to support church planting partners. I am also active with Convene, Lifesong for Orphans, and Ardent Mentoring. I hold a B.S. in Finance from Colorado State University.

As a Director and Founder of Ambassadors Impact Network, I bring a background in private equity investing and entrepreneurship to the organization. I am also a Partner at Broadwing Capital, where I work with private family office clients and invest in privately held companies. With over 20 years of experience in investing and operating businesses, I have developed a passion for creating value and driving growth. As CEO of Cabe Long Properties, I oversee all operational and investment activities related to the real estate firm. I am committed to giving back to my community and have served in various capacities, including as a member of the Conference of Southwest Foundations, board member for private foundations, and former chairman of the board of the Covenant School. I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and have completed post-graduate work at Texas A&M.

As a Director of Ambassadors Impact Network, I bring a background in investment banking and private equity investing to the organization. I am also the Founder of GuideCap Partners, a firm specializing in sell-side M&A advisory services for companies in the technology, healthcare, and business services sectors. My career experience includes working in technology investment banking in Silicon Valley, leading M&A strategy for a technology company, and serving in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurial Services group. I hold degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. As a Colson Fellow with the Colson Center for Christian Worldview, and am actively involved in various initiatives aimed at driving cultural renewal, including impact investing.
