Ambassadors Impact Network (AIN, we, us, or our) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ambassadorsimpact.com (the Site), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you complete a form on our Site, such as our contact form or a funding application, we collect the information you choose to share. We describe the analytics tools and any cookies we use based on the Site's actual configuration.

How we use AI tools
To serve applicants and members well and respond promptly, our team may use business-tier AI tools in parts of our operations, including email and internal review. We handle what you share with the same care described in the confidentiality section of our FAQ and in this Privacy Policy.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

We use trusted third parties to operate our business, such as website hosting, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, an application and diligence platform, email and communication tools, and the AI tools described above. These providers may process your information on our behalf and are expected to protect it.
- Network members. Where you apply for funding or membership, relevant information may be shared with AIN members involved in evaluating, diligencing, or supporting opportunities, subject to our confidentiality commitments.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIN, our members, applicants, or others.
